Reseau Multicare Pvt Ltd is located at Shop No 10 in the Sai Shakti Building. We are over in Ghatkopar East, right on Magadi Main Road. It’s a ground-floor shop, so we see a lot of people walking by all day. Ghatkopar is a lively area, and being on the main road means there is never a dull moment. The shop isn't very large, but we’ve managed to fit everything we need inside. We have been here for a bit now, and we’ve gotten to know the other shop owners on the block quite well. Most of our work involves keeping track of services and making sure our customers are taken care of. We don't use any fancy systems, just some notebooks and a basic computer setup that’s seen better days. The Sai Shakti Building is easy to find, which is good because the traffic on Magadi Main Road can be a bit much for people who aren't used to it. We usually start our mornings early with a bit of cleaning and then dive into the paperwork. There’s a small tea shop nearby that we visit way too often. We aren't trying to change the world; we just want to run our business properly and be fair to everyone we deal with. It gets a bit dusty with the door open to the street, but that’s just part of being in this part of town. We like the bustle of the neighborhood and the people we meet.
