You can find us out in Kothapally village. It's a bit of a drive out here in Atmakur, Mahaboob Nagar, but it’s where we set up Reliance Engg Associate Lmt Real. We like being based in the village instead of the crowded city. It’s a lot more peaceful and we know almost all the neighbors by name. Most of the guys working here grew up around this area. We focus on engineering tasks that help the local infrastructure. Sometimes the power goes out, or the road gets real muddy after rain, but we keep the office running. We don’t have a flashy sign or a lobby with a receptionist waiting. Usually, you’ll just find one of us sitting at a wooden table looking over some drawings or parts. It’s a simple operation. We deal with whatever project comes our way, mostly stuff involving local construction or technical maintenance. People know they can just walk in if they see the door open. We don’t use fancy words to describe what we do. We just use our tools and our brains to solve problems. It’s been a few years now and we’re still here. It’s a long day sometimes, especially when we have to travel to different sites in the district, but coming back to Kothapally at the end of the day is nice. We aren't looking to change much about how we work. It’s practical and it works for the folks who live nearby.
