We are Reliable Consultant, and you can find us at 341 Lokmanya Society in Kandivali West, Mumbai. Being in a society like Lokmanya means we are surrounded by families and other small businesses. It’s a very local feel. The office is just a converted room really, with enough space for a couple of desks and a shelf for all our books and manuals. Mumbai life is fast, but inside our office, things are a bit more focused. We spend our hours talking to people who need help with various things. Sometimes the monsoon rains make the walls a bit damp, but we just keep working. We don't have any fancy signs or neon lights. Just a simple nameplate. Most of the people who come to us are from around Kandivali. They know where we are. We don't spend money on expensive furniture because the old wooden desks we have work just fine. There is a small balcony where we sometimes stand to get a bit of air when the fans aren't enough. It’s not a corporate headquarters, just a place where we do our consulting work. We try to be helpful and keep things simple. If the phone rings, one of us picks it up. If someone knocks, we let them in. That is basically how we have always done things here. It is a straightforward way to live and work.
