We're in Shop No. 2 inside the Chandu Compound in Kalina, Santacruz East. It’s a bit of a tucked-away spot, but we’ve been here at Raphael Enterprises for quite some time now. The compound has a lot of different small businesses, so it’s always a bit busy with people coming and going. Our shop is pretty basic. We don’t have fancy furniture or a big reception area. It’s just where we keep our stuff and handle the daily tasks. Most of the time we’re dealing with local orders or sorting out supplies. It’s the kind of work where you get your hands dirty sometimes. We don't have a professional writer to do our descriptions, so this is just us talking. We try to be helpful when people walk in, even if we’re in the middle of something. Kalina is a crowded part of town, so things can feel a bit rushed outside, but we try to keep it steady in the shop. We’ve seen the neighborhood change over the years, but the compound stays pretty much the same. We don’t offer anything more than what we can actually do. If you need something, you just come by and ask. No need for anything more complicated than that. It’s just a small local business trying to keep things moving day after day. We like the way things are.
