Our place is on the ground floor of the Arsiwala Building in Colaba. If you know where the Corporation Bank is, we are right across from it. Colaba is always buzzing with tourists and locals, but once you step inside our office, it feels a bit more grounded. Being on the ground floor is a blessing because we don't have to deal with stairs or elevators when moving goods around. The building is old, with high ceilings and those thick walls that keep some of the city noise out. We have been at this address for a long time. It is a simple setup with a couple of desks and some shelving units. We focus on the export work, which involves a lot of coordination and late-night calls sometimes. It is not a glamorous job, but it is what we do. The sea is not too far away, so you can sometimes feel the salt in the air on humid days. We drink a lot of coffee to stay sharp. Most of our day is spent looking at shipping manifests and making sure the crates are ready for the docks. We like being in this part of Mumbai. It has history. Our office is just one small part of that. We keep things straightforward here. There are no fancy decorations or lounge areas, just a working office for a working business. We just try to get everything shipped out before the day ends.
