Rainbow Telesystems

Rainbow Telesystems is based on the 3rd floor at A 16, 20th Main Road, 1st stage here in Mumbai. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift isn't working, but we’re used to it. We deal with phone systems and cables and all that kind of tech stuff. It’s not the kind of job where you wear a suit. Most of the time, we’re looking at wires or trying to figure out why a system isn't connecting right. Our office is full of spare parts, rolls of wire, and old handsets. It might look a bit messy to an outsider, but we know where everything is. We’ve been in Mumbai for quite a while and have seen how communication has changed, but the basic work is still the same. You have to be patient and you have to be willing to crawl under a desk sometimes to fix a connection. We aren't a huge corporation; we’re just a small team that knows our stuff. We don't spend money on advertising because word of mouth usually keeps us busy enough. We just show up, do the installs, fix the breaks, and go home. It’s steady work and it keeps us on our toes. The view from the 3rd floor isn’t much, just the street below, but it’s our spot and we’ve made it work for us all these years. We just keep plugging along and fixing things as they break.
