Radhashyam Infrastructure Private Limited is based in Kandivali East. We have an office at B-704 in the Oberoi Park View building. It’s a nice enough place to work, and being in a residential and commercial mix like this means there is always something going on nearby. We deal with infrastructure projects, which means a lot of planning and looking at blueprints and maps. Our office is usually covered in papers and large-scale drawings of various sites. We spend a lot of time coordinating with contractors and checking on how things are progressing on different jobs. It’s not just sitting at a desk; sometimes we have to head out to see the actual work being done. The atmosphere in our office is pretty relaxed but we stay busy. We aren't a massive firm with thousands of employees, so everyone here wears a few different hats. One day you might be talking to a supplier, and the next you’re sorting out a budget issue. Kandivali East is a good location for us because it’s connected well to the rest of the city. We don't have a lot of corporate jargon or big presentations. We just focus on the practical side of building things and making sure the structures are solid. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we just take it one day at a time. The building we are in is easy to find, which helps when people come by for meetings.
