You can find us at the CCI Compound in Borivali East, which is part of the Rivali Park area. We are located right off the Western Express Highway, so the sound of traffic is pretty much constant here. Cci Projects Pvt. Ltd. operates from this site, and it’s a mix of office space and the actual project grounds. It’s a large area compared to some of the smaller shops in the city. We have a lot of plans, blueprints, and site maps laid out on the tables. It’s a place where we do a lot of the planning and coordination for our building work. Since we are right on the highway, it’s easy for us to get to different parts of Mumbai, though the traffic jam at the Borivali exit is always a challenge. We don't go in for high-end corporate branding or flashy mission statements. We are just a group of people working on local development projects. The office is functional and gets the job done. We spend our days meeting with contractors or checking on the progress out in the compound. It’s a busy, practical environment. We like being in Borivali because it’s a hub of activity. There’s no mystery to how we work; we just show up and keep the projects moving forward bit by bit. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls, but seeing the actual progress on the ground makes it worth the effort.
