R. H. Engineers

We've been over at Nirmal Rubber Compound for a while now. It’s on I.B. Patel Road in Goregaon East. Usually, the day starts pretty early here at R. H. Engineers. We just get in and start working on whatever project is sitting on the bench that morning. There is always something that needs to be fixed or put together. The workshop is busy and it gets a bit loud when the machines are running, but that is just how it is in this line of work. We deal with all sorts of engineering parts and pieces. Sometimes people stop by with questions and we try to help them out as much as possible. It is a very practical place. We don't have a big fancy office or anything like that. Just the workspace where the actual work happens. Most of us have been doing this for years, so we know our way around the tools. Goregaon is a busy area, and being right here on I.B. Patel Road makes it easy for deliveries to come and go. We keep things pretty simple. If a job needs doing, we find a way to get it finished. We don't spend much time on the computer unless we really have to. It's more about the hands-on stuff. We close up once the light starts to fade or when the day's list is mostly checked off. It's steady work and we like it that way. No one is wearing a suit here.
