Psyber Inc

Our office is tucked away in Aditya Estate, right in the middle of the Mind Space area in Malad West. If you know Mumbai at all, you know how busy it gets around here. We’ve been set up at A-75 for some time now. It's a tech-heavy neighborhood, which makes sense for what we do at Psyber Inc. We spend most of our time on computers, working through lines of code or figuring out why a certain piece of software isn't behaving. It’s not the kind of place with a big reception or a fancy lobby. Usually, you’ll find the team sitting with their headphones on, just getting through the day’s tasks. The traffic in Malad can be a real headache, especially during the monsoon rains when everything slows down, but we manage. We aren’t a massive corporation with floors of people in suits. It’s just a group of us who enjoy the technical side of things and getting things to work. Sometimes the office gets a bit noisy when a project deadline is coming up next week, but mostly it’s just the sound of typing and the hum of the AC. We’ve got a small pantry where we spend probably too much time drinking tea and talking about movies. We try to keep things simple and avoid the usual corporate talk you hear in bigger offices nearby. Being in Mind Space means there’s always something happening outside, but inside we just focus on the projects at hand. It's a decent place to work, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the estate.
