Progressive Engineers

Progressive Engineers is based at Plot No. 107 in the Vikrant Industrial Estate. We are right opposite the Victory Flask building in Govandi East. It is a typical industrial area, so there is always some kind of noise or activity happening around us. We do a lot of fabrication and general engineering work for various clients. The shop floor is usually busy with someone welding or operating the machines. We have been here for quite some time now, and we have seen the neighborhood change a bit over the years. We don't use a lot of big words or marketing talk to describe what we do. We just take drawings or old broken parts and turn them into something useful again. Our staff is a good mix of older guys who have seen every problem before and younger ones who are still learning the trade. We don't have a fancy website or a dedicated marketing person to handle things. Most of our jobs come from people nearby who already know the quality of our work. It can get a bit hot in the summer inside the estate, but we have our fans and we just stick to our routine. We try to be very honest about how long a job will actually take to finish. We don't like overpromising and then letting people down later. It is just a straightforward engineering shop where we focus on the task at hand.
