Prof Pratibhas Chalukya Academy

Our academy, Prof Pratibhas Chalukya Academy, is located in Andheri East. We are in room 206 of the B Wing in Andheri Geetanjali Apartment. It’s over in Kanti Nagar, quite close to both the Ganpati Mandir and the Jain Mandir. The building is a typical residential one, so it feels very much like a neighborhood spot. We have been teaching here for quite some time. The apartment setup makes it feel a bit more relaxed than a cold office building. We have a few rooms set up with chairs and tables for the students. It’s a quiet area for the most part, except when there are festivals at the nearby temples. We focus on helping students with their daily lessons and preparing them for whatever tests are coming up next. There is usually a pile of notebooks on the table and a few umbrellas near the door during the monsoon. We don't have a big staff, just a few people who know the subjects well. Many of the families in Geetanjali Apartment know us personally. We aren't into big advertisements or anything like that. We just open the doors in the afternoon when school lets out and stay until the work is done. It’s a simple life of teaching and checking papers. Sometimes the tea lady brings us snacks. We just try to keep things moving along for the students every day.
