Pradeep Sales & Service

Pradeep Sales & Service is based at 11 Andheri East, over by the New C G Road in Chandkheda. We are pretty close to the Sakinaka Telephone Exchange, which is the easiest landmark to give people. The area is always buzzing with activity because of the exchange and all the other shops around. Our shop is a mix of a showroom and a repair bay, though it’s mostly just a place where we keep our tools and spare parts. We do a lot of sales but also spend a lot of time fixing things that people bring in. It’s dusty work sometimes, and the shop floor isn't always the cleanest, but we know where every wrench and screwdriver is kept. Andheri East is a hectic place to work, but we’ve been here long enough to get used to the pace. We don't have a big team of sales people in suits. It’s mostly just us in our work shirts, talking to customers about what they need. Sometimes we are swamped with repairs, and other days it’s quiet enough to actually organize the shelves. We take the work as it comes and try to be honest about how long things will take. There’s no point in overcomplicating things. If a machine is broken, we look at it and see if it can be fixed. That’s pretty much the whole story of what happens here every day.
