Ratna Exports

Ratna Exports is located at 77 Prabhu Shri Ram Mandir Marg. This street has a lot of character and you can feel the history when you walk down it. Our office is a simple one-room setup with a high ceiling and some fans that have been spinning for decades. We don’t have a fancy website or a lot of complicated systems. We just write things down in our registers and keep track of everything the old way. The neighborhood is full of small shops and people selling snacks on the corners. Sometimes the smell of incense from the nearby temple drifts into the office. We have a big heavy door that we lock up every night with a large padlock. Inside, there are shelves filled with samples and old documents that we probably should have thrown away years ago but we keep them just in case. The light is a bit dim in the back of the room so we use desk lamps to see what we are doing. It is a quiet kind of work most of the time. We know the postman by name and he knows exactly where to leave our letters. Working on Prabhu Shri Ram Mandir Marg feels like being part of a community. We don't try to be anything we aren't, just people coming to work every morning and going home every evening once the shutters are down.
