Porsche Centre Mumbai

We are down here at Nariman Point in the Hilton Towers. It’s a very different vibe from the rest of the city. We spend a lot of time cleaning the glass. The cars are parked inside and they collect dust surprisingly fast. People walk past on Ns Patkar Marg and stare through the windows. We see all kinds of people. Some are just curious and others are actually looking to buy something. We keep the floors shiny. It’s a lot of buffing and wiping. We aren't a huge team. We mostly just stand around the cars and talk to whoever comes in. It’s quiet inside compared to the traffic outside. Nariman Point always has something going on. We have the No. 13 spot in the building. Sometimes we just look out at the sea or the tall buildings around us. It’s a bit of a strange job, looking after such expensive things all day. We try to be helpful without being too pushy. It’s not a regular garage, that’s for sure. We don’t get our hands greasy like mechanics do. We mostly just make sure everything looks perfect for the people who visit. It’s a slow pace some days and very busy on others. We just maintain the space and hope for the best.
