PLAST-Control India (Pvt.) Ltd.

Our office for PLAST-Control India is inside the Redbrick Offices on the first floor. We are in Suite 53 of the Kaledonia building, which is part of the HDIL complex on Sahar Road in Andheri East. It’s a pretty big building, and sometimes the security at the front takes a long time to let people in. Once you get up to the first floor, it’s a bit more relaxed. We work on control systems for plastic processing. It’s quite technical, so there are always manuals and diagrams spread across the desks. We aren't a massive company; we have a small team here handling the Indian market. The office is nice enough, but we spend a lot of time out at customer sites too. Being in Andheri East means we are right in the middle of everything, which is good for meetings but terrible for the commute. The traffic on Sahar Road is almost always at a standstill. We just try to get our work done and keep the machines running for our clients. There’s no big corporate vibe here; we’re just regular people trying to do a good job. We drink a lot of coffee and spend too much time on emails. Sometimes the printers act up, and we have to wait for the IT guy to fix them. We just take it day by day and try to stay organized despite the busy schedule. It gets a bit hectic when multiple projects land at once.
