We’ve been here in Vile Parle West for a while now, right near the Puranmal Hotel on Khandubhai Desai Road. It’s a busy spot, and most people find us just by walking past or knowing the neighborhood. The clinic is at number 17. It isn't a huge place, but it's where we work every day. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit loud, especially during the lunch rush at the hotel nearby. We’ve gotten used to the noise though. Inside, things are usually a bit quieter. We have our tables set up and the equipment we need to help folks out. Most of our regulars live just a few streets away. It’s nice seeing the same faces. We don’t really do much advertising because word of mouth keeps us busy enough. The door is usually open unless the AC is running hard. People just pop their heads in to ask questions or check if we have a slot open. It’s pretty informal here. We keep a stack of old magazines in the waiting area, though nobody really looks at them much anymore since everyone has their phones. We try to keep things organized, but on busy afternoons, it can get a little crowded in the hall. That’s just how it goes in this part of town. If you know where the hotel is, you can’t miss us. It’s just a short walk from the main crossing. We’ve been at this address for years and don't plan on moving. We just keep the lights on and the sessions going.
