If you're looking for us, we are over at No. 10 Gita Smriti Building, right on the second floor of the A-wing. It’s on Pandita Ramabhai Road, very close to the Westside store in the Gamdevi area of Girgaum. Most people find us because they’re already in the neighborhood for shopping or lunch. We’ve been at this spot for a while now. The building is one of those older ones, so the stairs can be a bit of a climb if you aren't used to it, but there is an elevator that works most of the time. Inside, it’s just a regular clinic where we handle laser work and cosmetic things. It isn't a big spa or a fancy hotel. We have our machines and our treatment rooms, and we try to keep things organized even when it gets hectic. Sometimes the reception gets a bit crowded in the afternoons. I spend a lot of time on the phone booking slots and making sure the laser equipment is maintained properly. Dealing with skin and hair stuff takes a lot of patience, and we see all sorts of people from across South Mumbai. It’s a lot of standing on your feet all day. The street outside is always busy with traffic and people walking to the station. We like being in this part of town because everything is so accessible. It’s just a practical place for people to come in, get their session done, and go back to their day.
