We are up on the second floor of the Gita Smriti building on Grant Road. It’s 10 A, and we’re quite close to the Westside store. If you know Mumbai, you know Grant Road is always a bit of a mess with people and noise. You walk up the stairs and it’s a different world from the street outside. We have our laser machines and the stuff for body sculpting here. People come in because they want to change something about how they look, and we do our best with the equipment we have. It’s not a huge studio, but we have enough room for the different treatments. The building is a bit older, like many in this part of town, but we’ve fixed up our space to be comfortable enough. I spend a lot of time talking to people about what they want to achieve. Sometimes they have seen things on the internet and want to try them out. We just tell them what is possible. It’s hard work, keeping everything running and making sure the lasers are all set up right. Being near the Westside store helps people find us, though you have to keep an eye out for our sign among all the others on Grant Road. We don't have a big marketing team, just a few of us here doing the procedures every day. It’s just a job of helping people feel a bit more confident.
