You can find us at Room No 2, right near Gate No 2 in Hanuman Takdi. We are situated by Shivaji Chowk in Santacruz East. It is a very busy part of Mumbai, as you can imagine. Peninsula Facility Pvt Ltd is a small operation run from this room. We don't have a lot of space, but we don't really need it for the administrative side of things. Most of our work happens out at other people's buildings and sites. We handle things like cleaning, maintenance, and general facility work. It’s the kind of job that never really stops because things are always getting dirty or breaking down. In the office, we mostly just coordinate where everyone needs to go. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking schedules. The area around Shivaji Chowk is always loud with people and traffic, so there is a lot of energy right outside our door. We’ve been here for a while and the locals know us. We don't have a big corporate structure. It’s just us trying to make sure our clients' buildings are running smoothly. Some days are a bit chaotic when something goes wrong at a site, but we just deal with it one thing at a time. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until late evening. We’re just a local business doing our part in Santacruz.
