PATCO FLAMEPROOF PRODUCTS

Our workshop is at Gala No-7 in the Vakharia Industrial Estate. We are right on Ram Mandir Road over in Goregaon West. It’s a pretty packed area, and finding a parking spot can be a real challenge most days. We focus on flameproof products, so there is always a lot of heavy metalwork and testing going on. The air usually smells like oil and solder. It’s a busy shop floor with tools scattered around and benches piled high with components. We aren't much for fancy meetings; we usually just talk over the sound of the equipment. Most of us live nearby and have been working here for years. It’s the kind of place where your hands stay dirty until the end of the shift. We deal with lots of electrical parts that have to be safe for tough environments. The lighting inside isn't the best, but we know where everything is kept. If someone walks in, they’ll see us busy with grinders or checking enclosures. The railway line isn't too far away, so you can hear the trains passing by quite often. We just keep our heads down and finish the work that’s in front of us. It’s a practical setup for the kind of stuff we build. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone to polish up how we look. It is just a regular industrial unit that does honest work. We spend our Saturdays cleaning up the scrap metal and getting ready for Monday.
