Parshava Instruments

Our shop is located in Daga Chambers, right on the ground floor at 11/17 Narayan Dhuru Street. This street is always loud and crowded with people moving carts and boxes around all day long. It is a bit cramped inside the office, but we have been here for a long time so we are used to it. We mostly handle different kinds of measuring instruments and tools. The ground floor location is actually very helpful when we have to move heavy items in and out. Most of our days are spent checking the stock or talking to people who walk in looking for a specific part for their work. Sometimes when it rains, the street gets quite messy, but we just keep the shutters half down and carry on with our business. It is not a fancy place, just a simple workspace where we take care of orders and paperwork. We often fill out our bills by hand or on an old computer that takes its time to start. We usually drink tea from the vendor across the road twice every day. That is basically how the day goes for us here. We are a small team and we just make sure everything gets sent to the right people. It gets dusty because of all the traffic outside, so we spend a lot of time wiping down the glass display cases. It is just a normal, busy place in Mumbai.
