We are located in Aman Chember over in Prabha Devi. Panoramic Holidays Ltd. is basically a place where we spend our time trying to figure out travel routes and booking stays for people who want to get away for a bit. It’s a busy area of Mumbai, so there is always something going on outside our windows. Most of us here just like seeing people enjoy their time off, even if we are stuck at our desks making sure the dates and tickets all line up correctly. It’s a lot of computer work and phone calls, honestly. Sometimes things go wrong with a booking or a flight gets delayed, and we have to scramble to fix it, which can be stressful. We don't have a flashy storefront, just a regular office space where we handle the details. We’ve been around long enough to know which hotels are actually decent and which ones just look good in photos. People come by to talk about where they want to go next, and we give them the straight story on what to expect. It’s not about selling some dream; it’s just about making sure the logistics of a holiday don’t turn into a headache for the person traveling. We keep a stack of brochures around, but mostly it’s about the knowledge we’ve picked up over the years doing this job every single day. The coffee machine in the corner gets a lot of use while we are sorting out these itineraries.
