We are situated at Patel Vanika, right along the Western Express Highway in Goregaon East. If you have ever been caught in the traffic around here, you have probably seen our sign. It is a busy spot, but that is fine for us. Our workshop and office are where we spend all our time. We deal with control systems and packaging machines, so there are always wires and metal parts scattered around the place. It is not a fancy office, but it is where we get the real work done. We have our tools set up exactly where we need them. Most of the people working here have been around for a long time. We know how each other works, so we don't have to talk about it too much. We do not spend money on marketing or big ads. Usually, people find us through word of mouth or because they saw us on the highway. We just focus on making sure the machines run the way they should. Sometimes a project is difficult and we have to stay late to figure it out, but that is just how it goes in this business. The road outside is always loud with cars and trucks, but we have stopped noticing the noise after all these years. We are just a group of people who like solving mechanical problems. There are no big mission statements here, just hard work and some tea.
