If you know Masjid Bunder, you know how crowded Narshi Natha Street can get. Our office, P. Dalal & Co. Pvt. Ltd., is right in the middle of that chaos at Vyapar Bhavan. We are on the third floor, suite 302. It’s an old building, and the stairs can be a workout if the lift is acting up again, which happens more often than we’d like. We’ve been in this trade for many years now. It’s a family legacy, really. We deal with our clients directly, usually over a cup of chai. There’s no corporate hierarchy here; we just talk to each other and get things done. The area is famous for trading, and we fit right into that rhythm. The office is full of files and old ledgers, mixed in with some newer computers. It’s a bit of a mix of the old ways and the new. We don't spend money on fancy interior design because that’s not what our business is about. We’d rather focus on making sure the orders are correct and that people are happy with what they get from us. Narshi Natha Street is loud and dusty, but it’s home for us. We’ve seen businesses come and go, but we’ve managed to stay put at 368/370. It’s just how we do things. Not much fuss, just work. You can usually find one of us here late into the evening.
