Started Mathenson Records Management a while back. We're over at No. 106 Omkar Industrial Estate. It’s right across from Kanjurmarg Railway Station, so it’s easy to find us even if the traffic is a mess. Mostly we just deal with stacks of paper and boxes. People bring us their old files when their offices get too full. It’s a lot of physical work, lifting crates and labeling things. The floor gets a bit dusty sometimes but that’s just how it goes when you’re moving stuff around all day. We spend a lot of time checking lists. If you’re coming by train, just look for the station and walk over. Our spot isn't fancy. There’s no big lobby or anything, just rows and rows of shelves. We keep the lights on late sometimes when a big shipment comes in from a client. My cousin helps out with the inventory sometimes too. It’s just us here, trying to keep everyone’s documents in order so they don’t lose anything important. Some days are slow, others we can barely move for all the boxes in the hallway. We have a small desk near the door where we take the paperwork. It’s a simple setup. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles, just a solid place to keep files. It stays relatively cool inside because of the high ceilings. That’s about it for us at the estate. We’ve been here for years now and the routine stays pretty much the same.
