Ocean Exports Mumbai

Ocean Exports Mumbai is based in the Abbas Building on Nowroji Hill Road No. 2. We are up on the second floor in room number 17. Dongri is a crowded neighborhood, so finding a parking spot is almost impossible around here. The building itself is quite old and has a lot of character, though the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint. Inside the office, it’s mostly just desks and metal cupboards for our files. We deal with export shipments and spent most of our day coordinating with transport guys. It’s a lot of talking and checking lists to make sure nothing gets left behind. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who have been doing this for years. The windows let in some light, but mostly you just see the other buildings close by. We drink a lot of chai and try to keep up with the mess of paperwork that comes with moving goods. It’s a noisy area, with horns honking and people shouting down on the street, but it keeps us energized. We don’t have a big sign outside, so you really have to look for the building name. It’s a practical setup. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. We just show up, do the work, and head home once the day's tasks are finished. It is just a normal office.
