Niriksha Clinic

Niriksha Clinic is located on the second floor of Gayatri Dham on M G Road in Ghatkopar East. You have to walk up the stairs since the building is one of those older styles. It’s a busy street outside with lots of shops and people rushing to the station. Once you get up to the second floor, it’s a bit quieter. The clinic isn't very big. We have a small bench for waiting and a desk where we keep the registers. Most of the people who come here live in the nearby apartments or work in the shops downstairs. We’ve been here for a while, so the walls have a few marks and the furniture is a bit worn out, but everything is kept tidy. The doctor usually sees people in order of when they arrive, though sometimes an emergency comes in and everyone has to wait a bit longer. There’s a window that looks out over the road, and you can see the cars stuck in traffic while you wait. We don’t have a website or anything like that; people usually just hear about us from their neighbors. It’s a simple setup for basic medical needs. If you’re looking for a place that feels like a local doctor’s office from twenty years ago, this is pretty much it. We just open the doors in the morning and help whoever walks in until we close up for the evening. It’s practical and close to home.
