Our office is located at 414, Empire Complex on Senapati Bapat Marg in Lower Parel. It’s a pretty busy part of Mumbai, as anyone who lives here knows. Getting through the traffic to reach the Empire Complex can be a real headache some mornings, but we manage. Network 18 Media And Investments Ltd has a lot of people coming in and out at all hours because the work here never really stops. Lower Parel is full of these big old buildings that have been turned into offices, and ours is no different. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes when you first walk in. We spend a lot of time at our desks or in meetings, just trying to keep up with everything that’s happening. The coffee machine gets a lot of use, that’s for sure. You can hear the city sounds from the windows, the trains and the cars never really go quiet. We’ve been at 414 for a while now and most of us have our favorite lunch spots nearby. It’s a fast-paced environment, but we try to keep things grounded. Sometimes it feels like there’s too much going on at once, but we just take it one task at a time. It’s just a normal workplace with people trying to do their best in a crowded city. We aren't doing anything fancy, just working hard to keep things moving forward and making it through the day.
