Nestopia

We’re located in Andheri East, at Snehdhara Chs Limited on Jeevan Vikas Kendra Marg. It’s a busy part of Mumbai, as anyone who lives here can tell you. Nestopia is run from units 5 and 6. Our days usually start early because the traffic in Andheri gets bad fast. The building is a typical cooperative housing society setup, which gives it a more local, neighborhood feel than some big office park. We’ve been in this spot for a bit, and we’ve gotten to know the people nearby. It’s a small office, and it often gets crowded with samples, papers, and coffee mugs. We don’t really have a formal way of doing things. If something needs to be finished, we just stay until it’s done. We spend a lot of time on the phone or sitting at the computer, but we also have to go out and see projects across the city. Traveling from Andheri East to anywhere else always takes longer than you think it will. We focus on homes and making spaces work better for the people living in them. It’s practical stuff. We don’t use a lot of fancy jargon or try to sound like we’re from a corporate headquarters. It’s just us in a small room, trying to make things look a bit nicer for our clients. Some days are stressful, but that’s just how it goes in Mumbai.
