Nakshatraa Engineering

We’re based out of Minoo Minar Apartment on Veera Desai Road. It’s Andheri West, so it’s always a bit of a mess with the traffic outside. Nakshatraa Engineering is in unit A/3. Working out of an apartment building is different than a big factory, but it suits us just fine for the office work and the planning. We have our computers set up and a lot of drawings spread out on the tables. Sometimes the neighbors in the building pop by just to say hello. It feels more like a home than a corporate office, which is how we like it. The windows look out over the road and we can see the cars crawling along all day. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at technical specs. It gets quiet in the evenings when the main rush is over. We do our own cleaning and make our own coffee in the little pantry. It’s a straightforward way to run things. We don’t have any fancy signs or a big lobby. You just ring the bell and come in. Most of our visitors are people we’ve worked with for a long time. We know the local shops where we can get a quick lunch. It’s a decent spot to be, right in the middle of Andheri, even if the commute for some of us is a bit long. We just focus on the engineering side and work hard.
