Mumbai Health Care Services

You can find us up on the 12th floor of Solitaire Tower on Tulsi Pipe Road. It's always packed with cars and people. Being near Mahim Station makes it easier for staff and folks coming from other parts of Mumbai, though the walk from the platform can be a squeeze during rush hour. Since we are so high up, we get a bit of a view, but mostly we are looking at computer screens or paperwork. The elevator in this building is usually busy, so you have to wait a while sometimes. Our office is pretty straightforward. We do various health care services at Mumbai Health Care Services, so there’s a lot of coordination happening over the phone. It’s a typical Mumbai office space—functional and a bit cramped with all the desks and files. We don’t have fancy art on the walls, just some calendars and maybe a few notices pinned up. The noise from the trains at Mahim Station echoes up here sometimes. We take our lunch breaks together in a small pantry area. It's a lot of logistics and talking to people about their medical needs. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. It’s a good location for getting around the city. We just show up, do the work, and try to keep everything running for the people who rely on us. Sometimes the rain hits the windows so hard you can't hear the phones.
