You can find Next Level right in the middle of the bustle at Vikas Paradise. We have shops 23 and 24, which is pretty handy because it gives us a bit more room than most of the other spots in the building. We are right near the Balarajeshwar Temple on Bhakti Marg. In the mornings, you can hear the temple bells and smell the incense while we are opening up the shutters. It’s a nice way to start the day in Mulund West. The shop is usually a bit crowded because we have a lot of stuff tucked into every corner. We aren't the type to have everything perfectly lined up like a showroom. It’s a working shop. People from the nearby residential buildings walk past all day. Some stop in to chat, others are just looking for something specific they can’t find elsewhere. We don’t have a big staff, just a few of us who have been here since the beginning. We handle everything from sales to cleaning the floors. It gets busy on the weekends when people are out for their walks. We try to keep things relaxed and friendly. No one here is wearing a tie or following a corporate script. We just talk to people like normal neighbors. Sometimes we stay open a bit late if someone needs help. It’s a decent life here on Bhakti Marg, and we are glad to be part of the local community for so long.
