C Clean

Our shop, C Clean, is right there in Shop Number 5 of the Flora Apartment on SN Road in Mulund West. We are pretty close to the Gurpreet Group building if you are trying to find us. It is a busy part of Mumbai, so there is always a lot of noise and people moving around right outside our front door. We started this business because people in this neighborhood always seem to have a lot of washing and cleaning that needs doing but not enough time to do it themselves. It is a very straightforward kind of business. We spend our days handling different fabrics, clothes, and whatever else people bring in. It is not glamorous work at all, but it is necessary for the folks living around here. The machines are usually humming from early in the morning until we finally close up the shutters at night. We have a small space, and it is often full of laundry bags and clothes hanging up to dry. We know most of the people who live in the apartments nearby by their first names. They drop their things off on their way to the station and pick them up on the way back home. We do not have a fancy website or a marketing team. We just focus on getting the dirt out and making sure the clothes are folded properly. It is just us working hard.
