Jeevan Loans

Jeevan Loans is run out of Room Number 101 in the Ramkunj Building, which is right in Kandivali East. We are directly opposite Asha Hospital, which is the easiest way to explain where we are to anyone visiting. Being across from a hospital means there are always people around, day and night. The building is a bit older, and Room 101 is tucked away just past the main entrance. It’s not a large office, just a couple of desks and some chairs for people to sit while we talk. We don’t have any of those fancy coffee machines or glass partitions. It’s just us and our files. Sometimes the hallway gets a bit cramped when there are deliveries, but we make it work. I’ve been in Kandivali for years, and I’ve seen the shops around here change names many times. Our office stays pretty much the same, though. We use old-fashioned ledgers for some things because they just feel more reliable than a computer sometimes. If you come by, you’ll probably find me staring at a stack of paperwork or chatting with a neighbor in the corridor. We try to keep things straightforward and don't use any complicated words that people don't understand. It’s a practical place for practical people. We aren't trying to be a big bank; we are just a small local spot trying to help out the community as best as we can.
