Tharamal Exports

We are located at No. 2 & 3 in the Balkrishna Hsg Society. It’s right in Sane Guruji Nagar, Mulund East. Working out of a housing society gives Tharamal Exports a different feel than a big glass office tower. It’s quieter here, mostly. You see the neighbors going for groceries or kids playing nearby. We’ve been in this spot for a long time. The office is basically two rooms knocked together. We have a lot of samples sitting on shelves and boxes stacked in the corners waiting to be sent out. Near Sane Guruji Nagar, the pace is a bit more relaxed, but we still have plenty to do. We usually start the day with a quick check of the overnight messages. The light in the office is okay in the morning, but we need the lamps on by four o'clock. We don't have a receptionist, so whoever is closest to the door just opens it when someone knocks. Most of our work is done over the phone or through messengers. We know the local courier guys by name since they come by every single day. It’s a very local way of doing things. We don't bother with fancy suits or formal talk. We just want to get the shipments out on time and make sure everything is handled properly without any unnecessary drama or complications. People often get lost finding the society, so we end up standing by the gate to wave them in.
