Mts Store

We’re located in Shop No 11 at Alph Heights, right on Dr R in Mulund West. It’s a newer building compared to some of the others around here, but the shop still has that lived-in feel. The Mts Store isn't huge, but we make use of every inch of wall space for hangers and displays. It’s always a bit of a struggle to keep the glass clean with everyone leaning on it. People come in from the nearby apartments, usually looking for a spare cable or asking about their mobile plans. We have a small stool for people to sit on while they wait, but mostly they just stand and chat. The noise from Dr R road is constant, so we have to speak up a bit. My assistant is good with the tech stuff, while I mostly handle the customers and the paperwork. We keep a diary on the desk to track what people are asking for so we can order it later. It’s a lot of little tasks that fill up the day. Sometimes we close a bit early if the weather is bad or if there’s a local festival going on. We don't have a big corporate office behind us, it's just us trying to make a living in the suburb. Every day is pretty much the same, but that’s okay with us. We take things as they come and try to keep the shelves stocked.
