Mruduprabha Clinic

Mruduprabha Clinic is right there at Meghwadi Naka in Jogeshwari East. It’s a busy spot with all the traffic coming through. I spend most of my day near the front desk. It’s a simple wooden desk that’s been here since we opened. We don’t go in for fancy decorations. There’s a calendar on the wall and a clock that’s five minutes fast. I keep meaning to fix it but never get around to it. People come in from all over Jogeshwari. We see a lot of kids and older folks too. It gets crowded in the mornings. Sometimes people have to stand while they wait. No one seems to mind much. We just talk to people and find out what’s wrong. We don't use those complicated forms if we can help it. Just the facts. The air smells like cleaning supplies most of the time. It’s a small place so we have to be organized. I keep the files in some old metal cabinets. They squeak when you open them. We just provide a place for people to get checked out. Nothing more, nothing less. It’s hard work but it feels right. We aren't trying to be the biggest place around. We just want to be the place people can actually get to. It's just a normal clinic doing normal things.
