Mott Macdoanld Pvt Ltd is located in 504 M2 Riddhi Gardens in Mald E Mumbai. This part of Mumbai is always moving, and we are right in the middle of it. The building is a typical Mumbai apartment style converted for work, which is pretty common around here. Being on the fifth floor gives us a bit of a view of the other buildings, but mostly we just see the rooftops and clotheslines. The elevator is one of those old ones that shakes a little, so some of us just take the stairs for the exercise. It’s a bit cramped inside with all the files and computers, but we managed to fit everyone in. The commute to Mald E can be a struggle, especially if you are coming by train. We spend a lot of time talking about the monsoon and if the tracks are flooded today. The office doesn't have any flashy decorations. We have some plain white walls and a few desks that have seen better days. It is a functional space. Nothing more, nothing less. We drink a lot of cutting chai from the stall downstairs. It helps get us through the afternoon slump. There are a lot of other offices and families in Riddhi Gardens, so it never feels lonely. We just show up, do the work, and head back into the Mumbai crowd at the end of the day. It is just a normal spot in the city.
