Monsher India Safety Equipments Pvt Ltd is tucked away in 403, Tantia-Jogani Estate. If you know the area, it’s right there on J R Boricha Marg, pretty much across from Kasturba Hospital. We have been in this building for a while now. It’s one of those busy Mumbai spots where there is always something going on outside. The office itself is full of safety gear, boxes, and people trying to get things organized. We spend most of our time dealing with fire stuff and safety equipment for different companies. It isn't a fancy setup with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a practical workplace where we get the job done. Sometimes the lift in the estate acts up, so we take the stairs. Most of us have been working together for years. We know the local tea seller and the guys at the hospital gate. When people call us, they usually need something urgently for a site or a factory. We just look at what we have in stock and figure out how to get it to them. It’s a lot of paperwork and checking specifications on helmets or extinguishers. The traffic on the road outside can be a bit much during peak hours, but that is just part of living in this city. We like being in this part of town because it feels central and everyone knows where the estate is.
