Modimaz Engineers

You can find us over in Mahalaxmi East. Being in the engineering field means our desks are usually covered in drawings and parts that we haven't quite figured out where to put yet. Modimaz Engineers started out small and we’ve stayed pretty grounded since then. We don’t have a big lobby with fancy chairs. Mostly, it’s just workstations and some old coffee mugs. The neighborhood is always moving, and we are right there in the thick of it. Sometimes the rain makes it hard to get to the office because the streets get a bit flooded, but we manage. We handle a lot of technical stuff that would probably bore most people to talk about. It’s a lot of measuring and checking numbers twice. We make mistakes sometimes, like anyone else, but we just fix them and move on. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re usually too busy with projects to worry about that. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm in Mumbai. We just want to do a solid job on the things people ask us to build or fix. It’s quiet in the office when everyone is focused, except for the sound of the fans. We like it that way. It’s just a group of people trying to do engineering right without making too much of a fuss about it.
