Mentors

Mentors is the name of our office. We are situated in Office No 1104, which is in the D Wing of the Shrish building. This is located in the Powai area. We are quite close to the L&T office, which is a major landmark. Being on the eleventh floor means we are away from the street noise, but it can be a wait for the elevator during lunch hours. The office itself is pretty basic. We have a few workstations and a table for meetings. It’s not one of those modern offices with bean bags and game rooms. We just have what we need to work. Shrish is a big building with many different businesses in it. We have been here for a while and have gotten to know some of the neighbors in the D Wing. Powai is a very modern part of town, but our office feels quite grounded and simple. We don't have any mission statements hanging on the walls. We just come in and focus on our tasks for the day. Sometimes the air conditioning is a bit too cold, so we have to keep sweaters at our desks. When people come to Office No 1104, they usually find us busy. We don't have a formal reception area. You just walk in and say hello. It's a plain, functional space where we spend our working hours. We like being in Powai because there are plenty of places to eat nearby for lunch.
