Mech Engineers

Mech Engineers is located at 201, Blue Rose Indl. Estate. We are right on the Western Express Highway, opposite the Magathane Bus Depot in Borivali East. It is a very easy place to find because of the bus depot. The traffic on the highway is almost always heavy, so there is a constant hum of engines in the background. Our workshop is in a big industrial estate with lots of other units. We do mechanical engineering work here. We have some heavy machinery that takes up most of the floor space. It’s a bit greasy and loud, but that is the nature of the job. We have a small office area blocked off with some plywood where we keep the books and take calls. Most of the day, we are out on the floor. We’ve been at this location for a good while. The building shows its age a bit, but it is solid. We don't have any polished brochures or a sales team. People usually just come to us because they know we do the work. We drink a lot of tea to keep going through the day. Sometimes we stay late if a job is proving to be difficult or if someone needs something in a hurry. It’s just us doing what we know how to do. We like being in Borivali because it’s where we’ve always been. The floor is stained from oil but it’s clean enough.
