Mazdas Tution Classes

Our classes are held in an old chawl in Byculla, which is a very traditional part of Mumbai. We are in Room Number 10 on the first floor of the M P Contractor Chawl. The address is 31 Sussex Road, which is now called D K Marg. If you are coming down the street, you just look for Jak Printers across the way; we are right opposite them. It’s a modest setup, very much like the other homes and small businesses in the chawl. There’s a certain atmosphere here that you don’t get in modern office buildings. The rooms are small, and the wooden floors sometimes creak, but it’s been our home for teaching for a long time. We have students from all over the Byculla area coming in for their tuitions. It’s a simple space with some benches and a board. We don’t use any high-tech equipment. It’s just us and the students working through their lessons. The neighborhood is always noisy with the sounds of the city, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We know the families around here, and often we’ve taught older siblings before the younger ones start coming. It’s a very grounded, local way of doing things. We don't have any big marketing plans or anything like that. We just open the doors, and the students come in to learn. It’s a quiet, steady life here in the heart of Mumbai.
