You can find our office at 14 Sudama Tower, which is tucked behind Kasturi Plaza on Manpada Road. It is a busy part of the neighborhood, and there is always something going on outside. The building itself is one of those older structures that has seen a lot of people come and go. We have our workspace set up with a few computers, some drafting tables, and piles of papers that never seem to get smaller. It’s a bit cramped sometimes when we have a few people in for a meeting, but it suits us just fine. The noise from Manpada Road filters in through the windows, mostly the sound of rickshaws and people heading to the market. We don't have a big sign out front, just a simple one so people can find the door. The elevator in the tower is a bit slow, so most of us just take the stairs if we aren't carrying heavy gear. We spend our days looking at drawings and working out technical details for different projects. There is always a pot of tea on the go because that’s how we keep moving. It is not a corporate headquarters with glass walls; it is just a practical room where we get our engineering tasks done. We know the local shopkeepers nearby and often grab a snack from the stalls around Kasturi Plaza when we need a break from the screens. It’s a regular office where the work comes first and the atmosphere is pretty casual.
