Mamta Classes

We’ve been running Mamta Classes out of 12 Kache House for quite some time. It’s located on Brahman Wada Road D in Matunga East. If you know Mumbai, you know this part of Matunga is always moving. The building itself is one of those older ones, so it has a lot of character, though the stairs can be a bit steep for some. We hold classes for local students who live around here. It’s a small space, so things can get a bit cramped when we have a full group. We just use basic benches and a blackboard. It’s worked for us all these years. We don’t have a big staff, just a couple of us who handle the teaching and the admin stuff. Most of our students walk here from their homes nearby. We see the same parents every evening when they come to pick up their kids. We don’t do any flashy marketing or have a big website. Most people just know us from the neighborhood. Sometimes we have to open the windows to let a breeze in because the fans aren't enough in the humid months. It’s a very basic setup, but the students seem to learn what they need to. We’re just here on Brahman Wada Road every day, doing what we’ve always done. It’s a local business and we like it that way. No frills, just regular teaching for the local kids.
