Smart Electronics Mumbai

Our place is in Shalimar Apartment over on Marve Road in Orlem. If you know Malad West, you know it gets pretty crowded around here. Smart Electronics Mumbai isn't a huge showroom. It's actually a bit tight inside because we have parts and boxes everywhere. We deal with all sorts of gadgets and components. People bring in things that stopped working and we see what we can do. It’s not always a quick fix. Sometimes we’re waiting on a specific part to arrive. We spend a lot of time sitting at the benches with magnifying glasses and soldering irons. It’s quiet work mostly, until someone walks in. We’ve been at D 13 for a good bit now. The neighbors know us. We aren't trying to be the biggest shop in Mumbai. We just want to keep things running for the folks nearby. You might find a bit of dust on the shelves but the tools are clean. It’s a local business through and through. We don't do fancy advertising or anything like that. Word of mouth usually brings people to Orlem to find us. We open up in the morning and stay until the work is finished. It’s a simple setup. Just a small shop in an apartment building doing what we know how to do best, which is messing around with wires and boards.
