Unique Helpline

We have our office at No. 28 on the ground floor of the Evershine Mall in Malad West. Being in a mall is interesting because there’s always something going on right outside our window. People are always walking by, and we get to see the mall change from the quiet morning hours to the busy evening rush. Unique Helpline is a simple operation where we help people out with their various queries and issues. The office isn't very large, so we’ve had to be quite clever with how we fit all our desks and equipment inside. It’s a very hands-on environment, and you’ll usually hear at least two or three people on the phone at any given time. We don't use any fancy corporate scripts or have a big HR department. We’re just a small team of local people who know how to solve problems and talk to customers. The mall location is handy because we can just step out for a quick lunch or run an errand without going very far. Sometimes the air conditioning in the mall is a bit too cold, so we usually have sweaters hanging on the backs of our chairs. We don't spend any time on promotional fluff or trying to look bigger than we are. We just stay at our desks, answer the calls, and try to be as helpful as we can to anyone who reaches out to us.
