Rach Exports

Rach Exports is located in the Samrudhi Complex, specifically office number 110. We are right on Link Road in the Mind Space area of Malad West. It’s a modern part of the suburbs, and there’s always a lot happening around here. Our office isn't very large, but it’s enough for what we do. We mostly handle export logistics and coordination. The desks are usually covered in manifests and shipping notes. We don't have a big lobby or a receptionist to greet you. If you walk in, you’ll probably just see one of us on the phone or typing away at a computer. We’ve been in Malad for a bit now and we like the location because it’s easy for people to find. Link Road can be quite a mess with the traffic, but once you’re inside the complex, it’s a bit quieter. We are just a group of people trying to make sure our clients' goods get across the border without getting stuck. We don't pretend to be anything we aren't. We don’t have any mission statements on the walls. We just come in, do the work, and go home. It’s a straightforward business and we try to keep our interactions that way too. No fluff, just the facts about what’s being shipped and when it will arrive. We find that being direct helps everyone stay on the same page and avoids most of the common mistakes that happen in this trade.
