Parekh Export

We've been here at Natraj Market for a good while now. It's usually pretty loud outside on S. V. Road with all the traffic and people coming in and out of Malad West. Our office is up in unit 223. It’s not a huge space, but it’s where we get everything sorted for the export side of things. Most days are spent on the phone or checking through piles of paperwork to make sure nothing gets missed. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs more than we’d like. It’s just how things go around here. We’ve got a small team, maybe just a few of us most days, sitting around the desks. We try to stay organized, though the stacks of files sometimes suggest otherwise. It's a lot of back and forth with shipping agents and making sure the crates are actually where they're supposed to be. Malad is a busy spot to work in, but we've gotten used to the pace over the years. We don't really do much fancy stuff here, just the daily routine of getting orders out. If you're looking for us, we're usually in by nine unless the rain makes the commute a mess. It’s a straightforward setup. We do our work, talk to the vendors, and head home.
